3. Internal Pricing and Algorithms

The valuations of SPCX shares, price engine adjustments, and chart histories displayed in the Portal are generated using internal pricing mechanisms and algorithms controlled by platform administrators. These valuations do not represent real-time prices on public markets, nor are they linked to any actual publicly traded security of Space Exploration Technologies Corp.

4. Payments, Settlements, and Credits

All share purchases must be initiated via the buy request interface. Payment settlement is conducted externally via the options provided (cryptocurrency transfer or wire transfer).

• Users must submit accurate payment proofs.
• Shares remain in a pending, lock-box state and are not active or eligible for appreciation until an administrator manually reviews and approves the submission.
• We reserve the right to reject any payment submission suspected of fraud, manipulation, or error.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activities on your account must be reported immediately. The administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach portal rules.
